Wales' community of volunteers and organisations building links, sharing skills and learning with Africa.

WACL are a network of independent voluntary organisations working together under the UN Gold Star framework. The network in Wales includes new 'startup' links; charitable links (focused on fundraising); learning links (focused on education and exchange); partnership links (focused on volunteerism and skillsharing); and development links (focus on delivery of anti-poverty projects in Africa).
